The Business Acceleration Officer (BAO) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach for Growsari’s multi‑grocery product portfolio. As a field‑based sales representative, the BAO builds strong relationships with sari‑sari store owners and retail partners, ensures product availability, and executes sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to sari‑sari stores and other retail outlets within assigned territories
• Promote and sell Growsari’s multi‑grocery products to existing and potential customers
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partner stores
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in stores
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Provide product knowledge and basic training to store owners when needed
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and field activity updates
