Metro Jobs and Payment Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Acceleration Officer (BAO) for field-based sales across Batangas, including Lemery, Mabini, Nasugbu, and Lian.

You will drive sales growth for Growsari’s multi-grocery portfolio, build strong store-owner relationships, ensure product availability, and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets. The ideal candidate has field and sales experience, owns a motorcycle with license, and possesses a mobile phone.

Qualifications

Must have own motorcycle and license.
With field and sales experience.
With mobile phone.
With basic requirements (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, NBI).

Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to sari-sari stores and other retail outlets within assigned territories
Promote and sell Growsari’s multi-grocery products to existing and potential customers
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partner stores
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in stores
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Provide product knowledge and basic training to store owners when needed
Submit accurate and timely sales reports and field activity updates

The Business Acceleration Officer (BAO) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach for Growsari’s multi-grocery product portfolio. As a field-based sales representative, the BAO builds strong relationships with sari-sari store owners and retail partners, ensures product availability, and executes sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
