Job summary

Metro Jobs and Payment Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Acceleration Officer to drive sales growth for Growsari’s multi-grocery products.

The role is field-based, focusing on building relationships with sari-sari store owners and retail partners, ensuring product availability and executing sales strategies to exceed targets. You will conduct daily visits within assigned territories, onboard new partner stores, and provide product knowledge and basic training.

Qualifications

• Must have own motorcycle and valid license.
• Field and sales experience is required.
• Must have a mobile phone.
• Have basic government-mriend requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, NBI).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to sari-sari stores and other retail outlets within assigned territories.
• Promote and sell Growsari's multi-grocery products to existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partner stores.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Provide product knowledge and basic training to store owners when needed.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and field activity updates.
