Job summary

MUCH PROSPERITY TRADING INT'L INC. is seeking a Sales Key Account Officer to strengthen our Gen-trade presence in the houseware distribution space across the Philippines.

You will lead negotiations with buyers and merchandising teams to secure trade deals and promotions. You will drive overall sales performance for assigned accounts, forecast demand, coordinate stock replenishment, and collaborate with logistics, marketing, and merchandising to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with buyers or merchandising teams of assigned modern trade accounts
• Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals
• Drive and manage the overall sales performance of assigned accounts
• Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution
• Manage, train, and support Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators assigned to store locations
• Monitor and enforce planogram implementation, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store
• Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness
