The Key Account Manager owns the end-to-end relationship with our most important clients, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with a consultative, service-oriented approach — protecting and growing revenue within their portfolio, resolving escalations decisively, and turning client insight into account growth plans.
Own the relationship for a portfolio of key/strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders.
Develop and execute account growth plans that grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Monitor account health using KPIs — seller center account health, retention rate, NPS/CSAT, usage and performance reports — and proactively address risk signals before they become churn.
Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations, securing terms that are profitable for the company and valuable for the client.
Own escalations end-to-end: coordinate with Operations, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues quickly and rebuild client confidence.
Prepare and present regular business reviews (QBRs) with performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Forecasting and maintaining accurate reporting for leadership.
Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services delivered to existing accounts.
Channel client feedback internally to inform service and process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in key/strategic account management, business development, or client success, with a track record of retaining and growing high-value accounts.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
Strong commercial acumen — comfortable owning revenue targets and forecasts.
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, service-oriented tone.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and handle challenges professionally.
Project management experience or familiarity is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable managing multiple high-value accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
