Responsibilities

• Lead and drive business development within South Luzon Territory.
• Execute business plan and deliver results.
• Grow market share in plastering category with key contractors, architects, and developers.
• Coordinate with sales, architectural sales, technical and marketing to close opportunities.
• Negotiate with installer/sub-contractors and provide them with business opportunities.
• Provide weekly progress updates to Project Sales Team Leader and Product Managers.
• Attend monthly updates.
