The role requires developing strategies, negotiating contracts, guiding proposals, and coordinating with stakeholders across project owners, architects, and engineers; on-site work at our Pasig office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction-related industries.
• 2–3 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
• Strong understanding of construction projects, procurement processes, bidding/tender procedures, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and development sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and project owners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while protecting profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
