Qualifications

• College graduate of any Business Course.
• 2-3 years experience as a Key Account or Sales Representative.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales fundamentals for 100% availability and distribution of must carry SKUs.
• Process accurate sales orders to meet targets and inventory levels.
• Ensure 100% productive buying accounts and proper delivery frequency.
• Update List Price and Selling Price across all accounts.
• Engage head office buyers to align sales programs and strategies.
• Lead trade promotions and BTL activities like sampling and price-offs.
• Lead Business Review and Planning for the route.
• Monitor promotions and move-out aging products.
• Conduct regular trade checks and provide feedback.
• Coach merchandisers and align with company directions.
• Promote company values and ensure timely collections.
