We seek K-12 educators with 4+ years of teaching or leadership experience to help train our language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slides. This remote, flexible role pays $80 per hour for 5–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (lesson plans, curriculum maps, parent notes, progress reports, classroom management, and PD materials)
