Ethos is seeking experienced school administrators to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across unit plans, curriculum maps, parent communications, and progress narratives.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week) with startup ASAP. Applicants should have 4+ years in teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in K-12 and strong instructional

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in K-12.
• Owns curriculum planning and parent communications with standards-aligned design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides for core workflows.
• Evaluate outputs against standards and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure accurate and usable materials.
