Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a Junior Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain an ecosystem of automated business processes. You will work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, n8n, and other automation tools to translate business needs into automated solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, learning, and collaboration with a development team. Remote work with PT-friendly hours is offered, with 2–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, automation, or related technical fields (or recent graduate with strong portfolio).
• Foundational knowledge of the core stack.
• Zoho Creator: Working knowledge of building applications and writing Deluge scripts.
• Zoho Flow: Familiarity with designing and implementing basic to intermediate workflows.
• QuickBooks Online API: Familiarity with QBO API.
• N8N: Understanding of how N8N works and ability to build multi-step workflows.
• Zapier (or similar): Basic experience connecting applications and creating automations.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Node.js or Python for back-end scripting.
• Solid grasp of RESTful API principles and how to work with APIs.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Workflow Automation Engineer to help design, build, and maintain our ecosystem of automated business processes. Working alongside our development team, you will contribute to our digital workflow strategy using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, n8n, and other automation tools. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and can translate business needs into functional automated solutions. This is a hands-on role where you'll grow your technical skills and gain valuable experience in workflow automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Contribute to analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities under guidance
