Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
- Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates may apply; WESM or energy industry exposure is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to learn WESM trading processes and regulations.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily WESM nominations, bids/offers, and market submissions.
- Monitor WESM prices, demand, supply, and market conditions.
- Assist in load/demand forecasting and market analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports.
- Assist in validating WESM settlements and identifying discrepancies.
- Monitor WESM advisories and regulatory updates.
- Maintain accurate trading data and documentation.
- Support the Senior WESM Trader in trading and compliance activities.
