Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop advertising and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Sheets) for reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, creatives, products, and campaign structures.
• Analyze ROAS, ROI, CPA/CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC and other metrics.
• Turn campaign data into actionable recommendations for GMV and revenue growth.
