Job summary

GAIC Professional Services Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end OSP engineering and permitting initiatives for U.S. telecom clients from Cebu City. You will coordinate across offshore engineering, QC, and drafting teams to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will act as the primary client contact, manage communications, status reporting, and change orders, and drive continuous improvement through sprint planning and KPI tracking. Night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in telecom/OSP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with client-facing roles and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of OSP engineering and permitting projects for U.S. telecom clients.
• Coordinate with offshore engineering, QC, and drafting teams to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage scope and quality.
• Act as daily point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage communications and change orders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to drive productivity.
• Monitor KPIs like TAT, throughput, rework, and on-time delivery.
• Identify risks, escalate blockers, and coordinate resolutions with leadership.
• Support resource planning, work order intake, and capacity allocation across offshore team.
• Maintain project documentation including work orders, reports, and client records.

Job description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of OSP engineering and permitting projects for U.S. telecom clients, coordinating across the offshore engineering, QC, and drafting teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
• Act as the daily point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communications, status reporting, and change order documentation
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and project retrospectives to drive team productivity and continuous improvement
• Monitor and report project KPIs including turnaround time (TAT), throughput, rework rate, and on-time delivery to the client
• Proactively identify project risks, elevate blockers, and coordinate resolutions with the Engineering Manager and U.S. leadership
• Support resource planning, work order intake, and capacity allocation across the offshore team to balance workload and meet client SLAs
• Maintain accurate project documentation including work order logs, status reports, delivery trackers, and client correspondence records

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or related field
• 3+ yrs project management experience; telecom/OSP background preferred
• Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, Sitetracker, etc.)
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills
