Staff Domain Inc in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Junior Talent Sourcing Partner to identify and engage top talent across client roles. You’ll build pipelines, research markets, and craft proactive outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.

You’ll screen candidates, present profiles to TA Partners, and maintain recruitment data in Zoho. The role offers a commission component on successful hires and a clear path to grow within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an agency, in-house, BPO, or RPO environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Identification: develop deep understanding of roles, build tailored sourcing strategies, identify high-potential candidates, and nurture pipelines.
• Candidate Engagement & Screening: proactively engage candidates, conduct telephone screens, assess suitability, and present profiles to TA Partners.
• Candidate Experience: deliver a professional, responsive experience with timely updates and guidance.
• Talent Pooling & Database Management: maintain candidate profiles in Zoho and build a strong internal database.
• Recruitment Reporting & Communication: provide weekly updates on pipeline status and activities.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: follow Staff Domain procedures, document activities, and ensure data privacy.
