Job summary

Staff Domain is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent across a growing portfolio of roles. This onsite position in Ortigas, Pasig requires strategic thinking, Boolean search, AI-powered sourcing, data mining, and strong candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques.
• Ability to conduct telephone screens and initial candidate interviews independently.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Identification: develop deep understandings of roles and build tailored sourcing strategies.
• Candidate Engagement & Screening: proactively engage candidates and conduct telephone screens before presenting them.
• Candidate Experience: ensure professional, responsive candidate experience throughout recruitment process.
• Talent Pooling & Database Management: build pipelines and maintain accurate candidate profiles in Zoho.
• Recruitment Reporting & Communication: provide weekly updates on pipeline status and progress.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: follow recruitment procedures and maintain data privacy standards.
