SupportNinja is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide world-class SaaS support with a focus on Salesforce backend. The role involves email, chat, and voice support, troubleshooting Salesforce and SaaS issues, and maintaining high CSAT levels.

You'll work a hybrid schedule from the Sanctum, SM North EDSA, QC, at least twice a month onsite, with night shifts and company-provided equipment. A Salesforce Admin cert is a plus but not required, and strong communication is essential.

Formación

• 2–3 years minimum experience in a similar TSR/IT role in SaaS
• Experience with cloud-based/SaaS support (Salesforce.com/Office 365) is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service or client-facing support experience
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills for troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Fosters teamwork and can work independently or in a team
• Experience delivering training and engaging virtual sessions (Zoom/go-to-training)
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative setting

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical support to SaaS customers via email, chat, and voice

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed
