Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in technical support and Salesforce knowledge to provide world-class assistance to SaaS customers. You will handle email, chat, and voice support, troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues, and maintain detailed documentation while aiming for high CSAT scores.

The role is hybrid, onsite at Sanctum, SM North EDSA, QC (two onsite days per month minimum), with company-provided equipment and a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum in a similar TSR role in IT or SaaS
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS support (Salesforce.com / Office 365) is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Hybrid role with mixed email, chat, and voice support
• CSAT is a key performance metric

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to SaaS customers via email, chat, and voice (Teams Meetings)
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and SaaS application issues efficiently
• Maintain high CSAT by timely, professional customer inquiries
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
• Document customer interactions and solutions in detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
