The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing in Angeles City, Philippines, is seeking a Junior Recruiter for on-site work at Clark Outsourcing - NEPO Site. You will partner with the Recruitment Manager to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and utilize the ATS to ensure timely hiring. Strong English, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Position Title: Junior Recruiter

Work Setup: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Shifting Schedule)

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines

Quick Rundown:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a part of recruitment planning and strategies with your Recruitment Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Capability to execute end-to-end hiring process:
  • Conducts virtual and face to face interviews
  • Targets low, mid, and high level applicants for various positions and skills
• Facilitate full-cycle recruiting process:
  • Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire
• Pipeline Management:
  • Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline across all sourcing channels and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
  • Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities
• Utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Monitors SLA’s, account dependencies, key operational metrics, process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate
  • Uses recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
• Research updated sourcing techniques
  • Coach recruiters
