Qualifications

• 3–5 years recruitment leadership experience.
• 5 years volume recruitment in a BPO setting.
• Proficient at managing multiple schedules and initiatives.
• Pro-active in developing trust and rapport with employees and teammates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the path to success: spearhead recruiting and hiring efforts for a positive candidate experience.
• Drive productivity of Recruiters and ensure fill rate and on-time hiring for all requirements.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver right candidate flow and value.
• Ensure 100% compliance for background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Collaborate with service delivery, procurement, HR, and vendors on hiring projects.
