Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Guest Services Officer (Japanese Speaking) to join the MMC team on a fixed-term contract in the Philippines. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest service, handling inquiries, and documenting guest concerns while maintaining a professional shipboard appearance.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience in luxury hospitality or cruise lines, and fluency in English and Japanese.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum front desk experience in 4-5 star hotels, resorts, or cruise ships.
• Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and web browsers.
• Strong English and Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service standards meeting hotel policies for every interaction.
• Know ship procedures, onboard products, itineraries, and ports to answer guests.
• Listen empathetically and escalate issues when needed.
• Provide a warm, professional first impression and maintain appearance.
• Document guest complaints per policies and follow up with guests.
