Princess Cruises in the Philippines is seeking a Buffet Steward who speaks Japanese to join our Restaurant team. The role requires delivering high-standard buffet service, maintaining station presentation, and enhancing guest satisfaction on board a cruise ship.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in F&B, knowledge of continental cuisine, beverages, and food safety principles. Onboard training and growth opportunities are provided, with attractive accommodations and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Food and Beverage experience and attendance at a recognized hotel/catering school.
• Good knowledge of continental food and restaurant service standards.
• Good knowledge of international beverage products.
• Preferably attended USPH or HACCP Sanitation Course.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible profile and assist guests during food and beverage service.
• Ensure proper setup and presentation of the service area according to standards.
• Deliver food and beverages timely and in proper order while following brand standards.
• Follow service sequences during meals, including clearing and cleaning tables.
• Provide a positive dining experience using MedallionClass features to personalize service.
• Acknowledge guest requests promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
