Job summary

Western Union in the Philippines is seeking a junior Project Coordinator to support 1-2 minor projects or workstreams. You will assist with research, planning, documentation, testing coordination, issue resolution, and status reporting, under moderate supervision.

You will help develop project documentation, track risks and dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline; 0–2 years' project management/coordination experience or equivalent.
• Ability to support research, planning, documentation, testing coordination, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coordinates, or participates in 1–2 minor projects or workstreams.
• Provides project management support including testing coordination and issue resolution.
• Develops and maintains project documentation, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitors progress and reports status to project managers and stakeholders.
