JoyRide Superapp is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support Senior/Product Managers in driving product execution. You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain backlog hygiene, and ensure release readiness across our platform.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow toward strategic ownership within fintech mobile apps. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to structure clear user stories and docs.
• Excellent written communication and ability to track multiple releases.
• Organized, proactive, and able to coordinate across teams to unblock work.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Confluence or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in on-demand or fintech mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations: backlog grooming, docs, milestone tracking, and release readiness.
• Track release readiness and flag risks or delays early during releases led by seniors.
• Own documentation quality: user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs are up to date.
• Validate feature quality through UAT to meet requirements and standards.
• Perform app audits to ensure visual/copy consistency and working redirections.
