Job summary
Startup Hub PH is seeking a curious, analytical Junior Product Manager to help build and improve payment aggregator products. You will work with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and business teams to translate customer needs into secure, user-friendly features.
You will gain hands-on experience across the product lifecycle—from research and requirements to delivery, testing, and post-launch analysis—managing backlogs and supporting timely releases in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of product management or fintech-related experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile product development and SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Research customer needs, market trends, and fintech solutions.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into product features with acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
