Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Foundational knowledge of payroll processing and Philippine payroll regulations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll software systems.
• Attention to detail with numerical data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll information including hours worked, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
• Verify payroll data accuracy before processing to keep records up to date.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
• Assist with payslips and payroll reports to employees and management.
• Support compliance with local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Update payroll records and employee files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll closing procedures.
