Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of relevant paralegal or legal support experience.
• Experience in corporate legal departments or law firms.
• Experience in labor and employment matters, contract management, and compliance.
• Experience supporting senior executives and management teams.
• Experience in multinational companies or construction/engineering/infra projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal, compliance, labor relations, corporate governance, and administrative support to the Legal & Compliance Department.
• Assist the Legal & Compliance Manager in handling labor and employment matters, contracts, and regulatory filings.
• Support the Legal Director and senior management on governance, risk, and corporate matters.
• Work independently, manage confidential information, and handle multiple matters concurrently.
• Contribute to improving legal workflows and document control systems.
