Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking an Industrial/Process Engineer to analyze manufacturing processes, optimize layouts, and improve quality and efficiency. The role involves applying statistics, coordinating QC, and maintaining engineering drawings to ensure reliable production.

The candidate will work on scheduling, cost analysis, and workflow optimization in a Pasig facility, with emphasis on teamwork and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in manufacturing or processing.
• Computer savvy with MS Office.
• Knowledge of ERP, AutoCAD, IE software such as Minitab and simulation software.
• Experience in conducting process improvements.
• Team player with leadership skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in Maybunga, Pasig City from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staffing requirements, and production standards.
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production issues, improve product reliability, and minimize costs.
• Draft and design equipment, material, and workspace layouts to maximize operational efficiency using drafting tools and CAD.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related documents to understand methods and activities.
• Develop sampling procedures and reporting for quality and reliability data.
• Maintain engineering drawings and documentation of production issues.
• Analyze operational sequences and project information to determine worker functions.
• Supervise personnel involved in product measurement, inspection, and testing for quality.
• Establish procedures for handling nonconforming materials and defective parts with cost accountability.
• Evaluate precision of engineering drawings and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Analyze data and specs to set production standards and quality objectives for finished products.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems.
• Recommend improvements in personnel, materials, and utilities for efficiency.
• Plan sequence of operations for fabrication and assembly to ensure resource optimization.

Minimum Qualifications
