Job summary

Hcreates is seeking an experienced product leader to independently steer version iterations for overseas short drama apps. You’ll author PRDs, design wireframes, manage research-to-post-launch cycles, and govern UAT and release processes.

You will coordinate across Dev, QA, UI/UX, and Content Ops while aligning with international entertainment trends. A strong data mindset and monetization knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of C-end product experience with end-to-end management in global apps/short dramas/web novels.
• Proficient with product tools like Axure.
• Capable of designing complex requirements and drafting PRDs.
• Outstanding cross-departmental coordination and project management capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills to uncover business issues and output actionable product solutions.
• Familiar with overseas C-end monetization and user growth logic.
• Deep understanding of the short drama export business.

Oversee UAT workflows, define acceptance criteria, organize joint reviews across testing/business teams, track bugs, and ensure high-quality canary and full release rollouts. Deeply analyze overseas competitor ecosystems, lead user research, output commercialization/payment/conversion optimization plans, and run A/B testing to drive iterations based on data. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX, UA, Content Ops) to allocate resources, manage timelines, and drive cross-team execution; collect live user feedback to optimize core funnels. Align with international entertainment trends to output mid-to-long-term product roadmaps, taking accountability for core metrics like retention, conversion, and ARPU.

Salary Package: 35,000 - 40,000 (Final Salary based on Capability)
