Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of campaigns and events. You will coordinate project activities, maintain marketing data in systems, and assist with event logistics to ensure campaigns run accurately and on schedule.

You will work with Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists, supporting lead management, reporting, and marketing operations while handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Campaigns preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload across multiple customer groups.
• Experience with marketing tools and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with actionable recommendations.
• Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus.
• Able to learn internal tools like Monday.Com, CRM, Salesforce, and Pardot.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels.
• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of deliverables.
• Maintain and update project tasks, timelines, and status updates within Monday.com.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative resources, and vendors to ensure deliverables on time.
• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Support quality assurance reviews of marketing materials, emails, and assets prior to deployment.
• Maintain campaign documentation and project records.
• Assist in process improvements and operational activities to support campaign execution.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities with high accuracy.
