Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Services Department in day-to-day operations and client coordination. You will assist with events, promotions, and marketing activities, and help prepare reports and social media analytics.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Management, or related field.
• Experience in events management, advertising and promotions, marketing, public relations, or similar industry/ad agency is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered with relevant training in events management or marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Creative with a good eye for aesthetics and presentation.
• Decisive, reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must demonstrate discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Technical and digital marketing skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Services Department.
• Handle client and tenant inquiries and coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, event traffic analyses, and monthly social media analytics.
• Assist with meetings, documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and monitor advertising collaterals and promotional materials within the center.
• Upload approved social media content and company/tenant initiatives.
• Conduct market and marketing-related research.
• Process DTI permits as needed.
• Recommend improvements to departmental coordination, processes, and cost-efficiency.
• Properly manage company resources and maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, client, tenant, and employee information.
