Job summary

Trinetix is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support the Legal & Compliance team across a broad range of matters including commercial contracts, legal research, corporate issues, IP, privacy and day-to-day tasks in an international tech business.

The ideal candidate holds a Master\'s degree in Law (or is in final year), has 1+ year of relevant experience, excels in English and Ukrainian, and can manage multiple tasks while learning increasingly complex legal matters.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Law, or final-year law student.
1+ year of relevant legal experience.
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
Advanced English and Ukrainian.
Experience using generative AI.
Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility for increasingly complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

Draft and review commercial contracts.
Conduct legal research on matters involving different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe.
Prepare legal summaries, memos and other internal legal materials.
Support intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, software ownership and licensing.
Support the Legal team with day-to-day legal requests.
