Trinetix is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support the Legal & Compliance team across commercial contracts, research, corporate matters, IP, privacy and day-to-day legal work for an international tech business.

The role requires a Master’s in Law (or final-year studies), 1+ year of experience, strong English and Ukrainian, and familiarity with contract drafting and AI-assisted tools. Flexible, growth-oriented environment offered.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Law or final-year law studies.
1+ year of relevant legal experience.
Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
Advanced English and Ukrainian.
Attention to detail, organization and ability to manage several tasks.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility for increasingly complex matters.
Experience using generative AI.

Responsibilities

Draft and review commercial contracts.
Conduct legal research across jurisdictions, focusing on US and Europe.
Prepare legal summaries, memos and internal materials.
Support IP matters including copyright, trademarks, software ownership and licensing.
Assist the Legal team with day-to-day requests.
