Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in legal collection or related litigation work.
• Experience in debt recovery for a financing or financial institution is preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, affidavits, and legal documents for filing and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Draft and prepare documents related to litigation, collection, and notices.
• Gather, review, verify documentary evidence for filing cases and collection remedies.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings on behalf of the company.
• Organize case annexes, exhibits, and transcripts; coordinate with court personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of hearings, case files, and status reports.
• Evaluate accounts and propose restructuring terms; negotiate compromise agreements.
• Monitor settlements and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Conduct fieldwork and out-of-town assignments for special collection cases.
• Coordinate with departments on case documentation and strategies.
• Provide legal support and recommendations on collection matters and remedies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
