The role involves building relationships with courts, preparing data files, attending hearings, and managing the execution process. Fresh graduates are welcome; field work is required, and owning a motorcycle is a must. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies.
• Prepare data files for courts.
• Sending demand letter via personal service.
• Assist court's personnel in the service of summons/decisions.
• Personal service of the alias summons.
• Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases.
• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions).
• Manage execution process.
