Job summary

InDrive Group is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to act as the Tier 1 contact for local operations in Mexico. You will handle daily workload, support tickets, and hardware management, ensuring quality internal service and appropriate escalation to regional senior IT staff.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding devices, managing local inventory, and providing support for meeting rooms while following operational guidelines and collaborating with LATAM Tier 2 when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID/AD.
• Familiar with Jira Service Management, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
• Basic hardware maintenance for Windows and macOS.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily technical support tickets for local users.
• Configure and deploy computer equipment for new hires.
• Manage local IT inventory and support meeting rooms.
• Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2 LATAM team.
