Job summary

The Adecco Group in Mexico is looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT team and provide hands-on support across client environments. This role focuses on IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and field engineering, tackling real-world issues directly with technology.

You will work to diagnose and resolve incidents, maintain infrastructure, and match resources to infrastructure needs, supporting ongoing IT operations and client projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, networking, or field engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of networking, systems, hardware and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose issues and choose appropriate solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve incidents in client environments.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and determine the appropriate solution or escalation path.
• Work with infrastructure and IT support tools to monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure and related technologies.
• Match technical resources and solutions to specific infrastructure requirements.
