Job summary

Vonage in Mexico is seeking a Desktop and Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support to local users and contribute to the Global IT Support Desk. You will ensure smooth operation of systems and deliver responsive, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced office environment.

Responsibilities include on‑site hardware/software/network support for Mexico peers, onboarding/offboarding of IT equipment, configuring desktops and peripherals, and resolving tickets promptly while

Qualifications

Over 3 years of IT support experience with desktop, hardware, software and help desk responsibilities.
Proficient with Airwatch Workspace One for device management.
Experience with Google Workspace, antivirus, and privileged access management tools.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for our Mexico peers.
Manage onboarding and offboarding of IT equipment.
Install/configure/maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
Respond promptly to IT support tickets and resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain infrastructure, servers, networks, and software systems.
Perform maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and backups for security and stability.
Document IT procedures and provide guidance to end-users.
