Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably with sales experience and knowledge in steel products and pressure vessels.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally, particularly to China.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Senior Sales Manager in driving sales activities and business development initiatives.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for steel, tubes, lines, and related industrial products.
• Attend to customer inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support sales growth initiatives involving imported metal goods, materials, and industrial products primarily sourced from China.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer requirements and project needs.
• Prepare sales updates, reports, and related documentation as needed.
• Provide support in achieving departmental sales targets and objectives.
• Travel locally and internationally when required for client meetings, supplier visits, and business engagements.
• Support coordination activities with suppliers and business partners.
