Job summary

Globalco is seeking a Junior People Management Specialist to provide first-line HR support to shift-based teams at Landco Corporate Building in Davao City. The role requires rotation shifts and onsite work.

Responsibilities include onboarding, documenting staff records, monitoring attendance and leaves, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will maintain employee records, assist with HR reports, and support team leads in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years in HR, people operations, or admin support.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to shift-based teams and employees.
• Assist onboarding, documentation, and maintaining staff records.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, leaves, and absence management.
• Support implementation of company policies, HR processes, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Keeps and monitors employee records, benefits, and performance.
• Address basic employee queries and elevate issues as needed.
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist with data entry in HRIS systems.
