Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field (preferred, not required for exceptional candidates).
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or admin support.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to shift-based teams and employees.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and maintaining staff records.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, leaves, and absence management.
• Support implementation of company policies, HR processes, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Keeps and monitors employee records, benefits, and performance.
• Address basic employee queries and escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist with data entry in HRIS systems as required.
• Assist with front-line operational activities during assigned shifts.
• Accurately complete delegated tasks and maintain service standards.
• Support team leads/managers with administrative or workflow duties.
• Report process issues or inefficiencies to management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company and quality processes.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with shift teammates to maintain a cohesive, productive work environment.
