• Full working rights in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin reading/writing is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process client deposit and withdrawal requests within defined SLA.
• Collaborate with internal teams and banks/PSPs to resolve transaction queries.
• Maintain and update financial data in trading and accounting systems.
• Monitor client accounts for irregularities and assist in root-cause analysis.
• Support general financial operations, reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
