Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including processing, settlements, and disbursements.
• Ensure accurate processing across fintech platforms and banking partners.
• Monitor liquidity, settlement schedules, and operating balances.
• Develop procedures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Manage escalations for failed, delayed, or disputed transactions.
• Supervise reconciliation with bank statements and gateway reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and document refunds, reversals, and adjustments.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for management.
• Coordinate with banks and partners to resolve issues.
• Monitor platform performance and settlement efficiency.
• Develop SOPs and internal controls; track metrics.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy.
• Prepare periodic management reports on operations and risks.
• Lead and develop the Financial Operations team.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, IT, and other teams.
• Maintain BSP reporting timelines and regulatory submissions.
