Job summary

Federal Pioneer Development Corp. is seeking a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to help maintain buildings and facilities in Manila. The role involves preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, plus supporting security and utility standards.

You will prepare documentation, allocate resources, and report monthly to head office. Candidates should have at least 3 years in a similar role and be willing to work from Mandaluyong, Quezon City, or Valenzuela areas.

Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer with valid credentials.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant building maintenance experience.
• Willing to report to Mandaluyong or Quezon City / Valenzuela area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and facilities to ensure good operating condition.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance for MEP systems.
• Set standards for security, traffic, garbage, and utilities usage.
• Provide technical support for engineering and admin documentation.
• Assist with allocating resources to meet property objectives.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for Tech. Com. meetings.
• Help implement Fit-out Guidelines and measure leasable spaces.
• Enforce house rules for tenants and occupants.

Job description

Role:

• Help ensure buildings and facilities are maintained in good operating condition suitable to the needs of their intended occupants.
• Help develop and implement preventive maintenance for fire and life safety, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including interior and exterior areas of the building.
• Help develop and implement standards for security services, traffic circulation, garbage collection, and utilities usage.
• Help Providing technical support for engineering and administrative documentation.
• Assisting with allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet property objectives.
• Preparing and submitting monthly reports, ensuring proper documentation of the property and present them every Tech. Com. Meeting at Head office.
• Help implement Fit-out Guidelines, including standards for measuring leasable spaces and deliverable condition of units.
• Help Ensure the adherence of tenants, their customers, and other occupants of the building with the House Rules of the commercial facilities and their premises

Requirement:

1. Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
2. At least 3 years work experience in handling similar role
3. Willing to report in Mandaluyong or Quezon City/ Valenzuela area.
