• Conduct regular property visits, ocular inspections and repair assessments
• Perform safety audits, coordinate emergency preparedness drills (fire/earthquake) and secure permits as required by government authorities
• Evaluate third-party service providers, review contractor billings, canvassing and cost evaluation
