Job summary

Software Ventures International seeks a Senior IT Operations Analyst to lead stability, security, and efficiency across our IT infrastructure, blending strategic oversight with hands-on technical work.

You will manage on-premise and cloud environments (AWS preferred), implement automation, and drive IT projects, ensuring SLA-aligned incident response and robust security practices in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or similar.
• Experience managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and data protection.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud infra, leading incident response.
• Analyze system performance and operational data to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline tasks and improve reliability.
• Lead and execute IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, technology rollouts, and process improvements.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain health and performance of all IT infrastructure.
• Design and enforce IT security protocols, including data backup, disaster recovery, and access control measures.
