Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior E-Commerce Executive to manage marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, and to keep product listings accurate with pricing, images and content. The role involves creating artwork and videos for digital campaigns and coordinating with the Sales team to boost online performance.

Working hours follow a 5-day week with 9:00am–6:00pm, in a permanent position within the Audio Visual sector.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing.
Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop would be advantageous.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and AI tools.
Video editing skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage the company’s websites and e-commerce marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Maintain accurate product listings, including pricing, images, specifications and promotional content.
Create artwork, product videos and digital campaign content.
Monitor marketplace trends, competitor pricing, sales performance and website traffic.
Work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities and drive online sales growth.

Position : Junior E-Commerce Executive (Marketplace | Digital Marketing)

Location : Kallang

Working hours : 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic + 14 days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Duration : Permanent
