Institutional Shareholder Services Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support corporate action and governance-related data gathering in Manila. You will monitor events, procure documents, contact issuers, and collect meeting details to feed client databases.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor corporate action events using sources like stock exchanges, regulatory agencies, company websites, EDGAR, and SEDAR.
• Procure shareholder meeting documents including Annual Reports, Notices of Meeting, Information Circulars, Proxy Forms, and Governance materials.
• Engage companies or issuers via email or phone to obtain additional details.
• Collect meeting details such as date, type, record date, location, time, and voting instructions.
• Identify correct securities (ISIN, SEDOL, CUSIP, CINS) with voting rights for meetings.
• Extract and encode meeting agendas into the database for clients.
• Input accurate voting instructions, including valid vote options, deadlines, and registrar details.
• Collect and encode meeting results into the database.
• Assist with other relevant projects as assigned.
• Investigate market-related issues raised by internal teams and resolve issues.
• Ensure effective communication between GMS and other ISS teams to maintain workflow.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients, issuers, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in working committees and project initiatives.

Your Role

• Procure shareholder meeting documents including Annual Reports, Notices of Meeting, Information Circulars, Proxy Forms, and Corporate Governance materials.
• Engage companies or issuers via email or phone to obtain additional details when necessary.
• Collect meeting details such as date, type, record date, location, time, and voting instructions.

About You

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Understanding of corporate governance, corporate transactions, and capital markets is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and similar technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to work late midshift/graveyard shifts and extended hours during Proxy Season.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week for the first two months, then transition to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
