Prepare comprehensive client shareholder reports, including data gathering, analysis, and final report generation, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
Coordinate with global teams, providing regular project updates at each stage of development.
Identify institutional shareholders by conducting thorough research and analysis of data from the banking/brokerage community, investment managers, and publicly available documents, adhering to detailed guidelines and procedures.
Perform share registry analysis across multiple listed stock exchanges.
Contribute to the evaluation of operational processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring quality outcomes.
Utilize research tools such as Bloomberg, internet sources, and other databases for data collection and analysis.
Work independently on projects while proactively sharing key findings and updates with the team.
