Job summary

ISS STOXX is hiring a Junior Data Analyst for the Global Meeting Services team. You will track corporate action events, collect governance documents, and encode voting details into our database. The role involves proactive outreach to issuers and coordination with multiple teams to support voting recommendations.

You will work graveyard shifts (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT) initially onsite, then transition to a hybrid model. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor corporate action events from exchanges, regulators, and company sites.
• Procure shareholder meeting documents (Annual Report, Notice, Information Circular, Proxy).
• Engage issuers via email/phone for details.
• Collect meeting details: date, type, record date, location, time, voting instructions.
• Identify securities with voting rights (ISIN, CUSIP, etc.).
• Encode meeting agenda and voting instructions into the database.
• Record meeting results and assist with related projects.
• Investigate market-related issues and resolve daily reporting items.
